We practiced for the spelling bee today, and had two Art's Night rehearsals.
For math today, we learned about describing angles. Specifically, we learned what vertexes and that they are where two sides meet We learned that angles are formed when two side meet.
We learned about figures that have angles greater than a right angle and less than a right angle.
We used pipe cleaners to form different angles and held the vertex. Students worked on a colouring sheet and identifying angles before moving on to the worksheet. It has been assigned for homework.
Our math took place throughout the day as there were two arts night rehearsals
We still had French with Mme Stella. In the afternoon, we worked on our craft of the week, pictures of it will be posted on Friday.
