Congrats to Jad, Charlotte, and Aryana for their podium finishes yesterday at the Maples for track and field.

For math today, students worked on designing their own probability game.

Their success criteria was:
-Provide instructions- written in point form
-Create the game board/or game design
-Describe the probability analysis - What math terms can you use to describe the odd of winning? (you have a 2 in 12 chance of winning, it is more likely that Player A will win because there are more red counters than blue counter) Also to describe the game is fair or unfair.
-Come up with a prize
-Where will it be played?


They worked on this and then we got to play each other's game, which is why it was important to be able to explain the game.
